1 tin (410g) cream style corn 1 tbsp (14g) ghee butter ½ tsp (3.5g) salt ½ tsp (1g) black pepper 1 tsp (3g) chilli and garlic ½ tsp (1g) crushed cumin (optional) 1 cup (125g) self raising flour 2 eggs ¼ cup (4g) chopped fresh coriander 2 tbsp (30ml) oil
Optional: 4 (60g) spring onions, sliced ½ (60g) chopped onion ½ cup (60g) grated cheese 1 tbsp (15ml) Mrs Balls Jalapeño chutney
