Make your own Bircher muesli pot by adding coarsely grated apple, apple juice, yoghurt and cinnamon to raw rolled oat. Mix well and allow to stand in the fridge overnight. In the morning, serve with fresh fruit and nuts.
To create rolled oats, the groats are steamed and then passed through rollers to be flaked and dried. Rolled oats cook faster than steel cut oats and hold their shape relatively well during cooking.
