Malfy Gin Originale was introduced into the market in 2017; however, its history could be traced back to the Amalfi Coast, a story of which began in 1055. From the first references of what we now know and think of as gin. Malfy Originale Gin is distilled using copper stills with the finest cassia bark, angelica roots, orris root, liquorice root, coastal grown orange peel, Sicilian grapefruit peel, juniper, coastal grown Italian lemon peel, and coriander.
Malfy employs the expertise of industry best distillers in Beppe Ronco and Denis Muni, who stay with the old ways, the proper way to distil and refine the Malfy Gin. Beppe attended the Alba University, Greece, where he mastered the craft of Enology and Distillation and has since stayed true to the peak of the trade - a more likely reason why he likes the mountains when he’s not distilling.
Distinctively clear as day, Malfy Originale has an aroma that scents like classic juniper, coriander, and anise aromas, giving it an almost salty dry complex juniper, liquorice, and a hint of citrus taste.
Malfy Gin Originale makes a perfect base for any classic gin cocktail. Malfy Gin Originale is best served with tonic water and garnished with a wedge of lime.
