I have been lussing for a good quiche ever since I had one with some girlfriends a few weeks ago and when I tested this one out I knew I had to share it with you so that you have Eid breakfast sorted! Ingredients: Pastry shell: 2 cups (250g) @goldencloudsa flour 113g cold butter, cubed 5-7 tbsp (105ml) ice cold water Filling: 200g cubed butternut, pre boiled 75g broccoli 50g Roma tomatoes, halved 100g mushrooms, quartered (or you can use any veg you prefer) 2 tbsp (30ml) oil ½ tsp (3.5g) salt ½ tsp (1g) pepper 1 tsp (2g) garlic & herb spice Egg mixture: 5 eggs ½ tsp fresh garlic ½ tsp fresh green chilli ½ tsp (3.5g) salt ½ tsp (1g) pepper ¼ tsp (0.5g) crushed cumin 200ml milk 100ml fresh cream 50g chopped spinach 5g fresh Italian parsley, chopped 100g grated mozzarella 1 ring (60g) danish feta 1 tsp (3g) poppy seeds
