Collection: The Perfect Bolognese Sauce
The easiest way to make a traditional hearty Bolognese from scratch! By simply using a store bought Bolognese Pasta Base, I decided to give the @royco.sa base a try and it was delicious. This has become my favorite go to Bolognese sauce.
Ingredients:
1 tbsp (15ml) Cooking Oil 500g Lean Ground Beef 1 (125g) Onion, diced ½ (60g) Red pepper, diced 1 tbsp (9g) Crushed Garlic 1 tbsp (6g) Spice for mince 1 tbsp (6g) Paprika 1 tbsp (7g) Italian Herbs 1 tbsp (4g) parsley 1 tbsp (3g) Origanum 200g @royco.sa bolognese Paste base 1 tbsp (15g) Tomato Paste 1 Can (410g) Diced Tomatoes 1 tbsp (12.5g) Sugar 1 (2g) Bay leaves ½ tsp (3.5g) salt ½ tsp (1g) black pepper
