6 (600g) chicken drumsticks 1 cup (200g) rice 1 ½ tbsp (13.5g) spice for rice ½ tsp (1.5g) turmeric 1 tbsp (8g) crushed garlic ¼ tsp (0.5g) cumin powder 1 x 28g Vegetable stock pot dissolved in 2 ½ cups boiling water 2 tbsp (30ml) cooking oil
Chicken Season: 1 tbsp (15ml) cooking oil 1 tbsp (9g) chicken spice ¼ tsp (0.75g) ground turmeric ½ tsp (1g) cumin powder 1 (125g) onion, finely diced ½ (60g) red pepper 1 cup (150g) frozen mixed vegetables ¼ cup (4g) parsley (optional)
