1 cup (182g) bulgur wheat 3 cups / 750ml water 1 large (65g) carrot, diced 1 (160g) red onion, finely chopped ½ red & yellow (120g) bell pepper, diced 3 tbsp / 45 ml olive oil 1 tsp (7g) honey 1 tsp (3g) garlic salt, 1 tsp (2g) dry parsley, 1 tsp (1g) oregano, ½ tsp (1.5g) ground ginger, ½ tsp (1g) ground cardamom ½ tsp (3.5g) salt, to taste ½ tsp (1g) black pepper, to taste
