You can certainly buy garlic butter, but making it at home just means you can tweak it and have UH MAY ZING garlic butter, plus it makes such a nice gift for family and friends. I always make this recipe from @tasnimessop and this time I upped the ante by adding in some roasted garlic as well. Ingredients: 2 x 500g bricks of salted butter (softened) 2 tsp (4g) black pepper, ground (45ml) juice & (13g) zest of 1 lemon 4 cloves (20g) garlic, crushed / 1 roasted head of garlic 2 tsp (4g) garlic & herb spice 2 tsp (4g) lemon pepper spice (optional) 1 tbsp (6g) dried parsley 1 tbsp (15ml) roasted garlic, paste
