½ cup (40g) Oats 1 tbsp (6g) cocoa powder 1 tbsp (15g) chia seeds ¼ tsp (1g) cinnamon 50g mix nuts 1 ½ tbsp (21g) Choco chip ½ cup (125ml) Milk 100g vanilla Yogurt 160g fruit in season (optional)
