I have finally gotten on to the banana bread train! I literally threw this together because I wanted to see if I could make the mix in the blender and voila! 🤤 Ingredients: 125g butter, melted 2 eggs 3 (240g) mushy bananas ⅔ cup (160ml) yoghurt ⅓ cup (80ml) milk ½ cup (112g) castor sugar 1 tsp (4g) cinnamon powder ¼ tsp (1g) nutmeg 2 cups (250g) self-raising flour 1 tsp (6g) bicarbonate of soda ½ tsp (3.5g) salt 5 sec (1.8g) cook and bake spray Optional: ½ cup (75g) chopped walnuts or pecans ¼ cup (40g) choc chips 1 tsp (4g) cinnamon ¼ cup (60ml) salted caramel sauce
