Chocolate Croissant Pudding might be my newest favourite way to have this pudding! You simply HAVE to try it 😍😍 also if you don’t have an Airfryer you can just bake it in the oven.
Ingredients:
6 mini croissants or 3 big ones - chopped 1 cup (250ml) fresh cream ½ cup (125ml) milk ¼ tsp (0.5g) cardamom ½ cup (115g) castor sugar ¼ cup (30g) cocoa 1 tsp (5ml) vanilla essence 3 - 4 tbsp (45g - 60g) chocolate sauce 1 egg (sub with 60ml milk) ¼ cup (50g) choc chips Caramel sauce Vanilla ice cream
